We will consider a replacement in the following exceptional situations: if your product arrives with visible damage, if the packaging seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery, or if the item received is defective or does not match what you ordered.
Important: Any issues with your order must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to address the matter promptly and ensure a swift resolution.
Documentation Required
To help us process your request efficiently and verify the issue, we require proper documentation. This includes clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defects. Additionally, an unboxing video is highly recommended and may be necessary to validate your claim.
What We Cannot Accept
